Privacy Policy
This page explains what we do with your information when you book a transfer with us.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and the details of your journey — pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, passenger and luggage counts, and an optional flight number. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our systems.
Why we collect it
To quote, provide and take payment for your transfer; to tell you about the journey you have booked; and to keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking and customer records are retained for the period required for accounting and dispute purposes, after which personal details are anonymised rather than deleted — the booking’s financial record remains, without anything that identifies you.
Sharing it
We share what is necessary with the driver providing your journey and with the providers who process payments and send email on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
