Tell us the ages, not just the number
An infant carrier, a forward-facing child seat and a booster are three different things, and which one is right depends on the age and the weight of the child. Give us the ages when you book and the correct seat is fitted and checked before your driver sets off.
Space
Getting the whole family and the luggage in
Child seats take up a passenger space each, and a pushchair takes up boot space that a suitcase would otherwise have used. Count the seats and the bags together when you choose a vehicle — the listings show both capacities, and the next size up is a small difference in fare against a squeeze at the kerb.

How far in advance do I need to book?
At least four hours before your pickup. You can book up to six months ahead, and booking earlier is always cheaper than booking on the day.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and move your pickup to match your actual landing time. There is no extra charge for a delayed flight, and your driver waits until you come through arrivals.
Is the price fixed, or does it change with traffic?
It is fixed. The price you are quoted when you book is the price you pay. Traffic, time of day and the route your driver takes do not change it.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup and you are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, contact us and we will do what we can.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — child and booster seats can be added when you book at no extra cost. Tell us the ages of the children travelling so the right seats are fitted.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle listing shows its passenger and suitcase capacity. If you are unsure whether your luggage will fit, choose the next size up or contact us before booking.
What ages do the seats cover?
From infant carriers for babies through to booster seats for older children. Tell us the ages when you book and we will fit what each of them needs.
Should I bring my own car seat?
You do not have to. Ours are fitted for the journey at no extra cost. If your child travels better in their own seat, bring it and the driver will fit it for you.
Can you fit three child seats at once?
In the larger vehicles, yes — book a six or eight-seater and tell us the ages. Three seats plus three adults needs the bigger car, and the quote will show you which ones fit.
