A wedding morning has no slack in it. We agree the pickup time with you, allow for the route on the day rather than an average one, and the driver is with you before the time agreed. The car is prepared for the occasion and the driver dresses for it.

For a race day, a match or a concert, the journey in is the easy half: the car is booked for a time that gets you there before the gates. For the way home, tell us roughly when you expect to leave and we will arrange a pickup that does not depend on finding a signal in a crowd.

When one journey is not the whole arrangement
Some evenings need the car to stay: the ceremony and the reception, the restaurant and then home, or three stops with the same passengers. Book the journey you know about, then tell us the rest of the plan — an arrangement with waiting time and several legs is priced by us and confirmed before the day.

How far in advance do I need to book?
At least four hours before your pickup. You can book up to six months ahead, and booking earlier is always cheaper than booking on the day.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and move your pickup to match your actual landing time. There is no extra charge for a delayed flight, and your driver waits until you come through arrivals.
Is the price fixed, or does it change with traffic?
It is fixed. The price you are quoted when you book is the price you pay. Traffic, time of day and the route your driver takes do not change it.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup and you are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, contact us and we will do what we can.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — child and booster seats can be added when you book at no extra cost. Tell us the ages of the children travelling so the right seats are fitted.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle listing shows its passenger and suitcase capacity. If you are unsure whether your luggage will fit, choose the next size up or contact us before booking.
Can the driver wait during the event?
Yes, by arrangement. Book the journey that gets you there and tell us how long you would like the car held; we will confirm the price for the waiting time before the day.
Can we book several journeys in one evening?
We will arrange it as one booking with several legs rather than several bookings, so the same driver stays with the party and the price covers the whole plan.
How far ahead should we book?
For weddings and race days, as early as you know the date — those are the days the fleet fills first. Ordinary evenings out are usually fine a few days ahead.
