Where your driver will be waiting
Your driver follows your flight and waits in the arrivals hall from the moment it lands. They stand to one side of the exit with a board showing the name on the booking, so you can see them before they see you. Where a terminal has more than one exit, your booking confirmation names the one to head for.

What to do if you cannot find your driver
Call the number on your booking confirmation — your driver’s mobile is on it, and they are expecting the call. If it rings out, our office answers at every hour a flight can land and will reach the driver for you.
Waiting time
Early, late, or held at baggage reclaim
The first hour after landing is included, which covers a slow passport queue or a bag that arrives last. After that your driver stays with you and an hourly waiting charge applies — and they will tell you before it does, never after.

How far in advance do I need to book?
At least four hours before your pickup. You can book up to six months ahead, and booking earlier is always cheaper than booking on the day.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and move your pickup to match your actual landing time. There is no extra charge for a delayed flight, and your driver waits until you come through arrivals.
Is the price fixed, or does it change with traffic?
It is fixed. The price you are quoted when you book is the price you pay. Traffic, time of day and the route your driver takes do not change it.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup and you are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, contact us and we will do what we can.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — child and booster seats can be added when you book at no extra cost. Tell us the ages of the children travelling so the right seats are fitted.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle listing shows its passenger and suitcase capacity. If you are unsure whether your luggage will fit, choose the next size up or contact us before booking.
Does meet and greet cost extra?
You choose it when you book, and the price shown at that point already includes it. Nothing is added at the airport.
How long will the driver wait for me?
An hour from the flight landing is included. After that the driver stays with you and an hourly waiting charge applies, agreed with you before it starts.
Can the driver meet me in the car park instead?
Yes. Leave meet and greet off the booking and your confirmation will give you the meeting point in the short-stay car park.
